Sojourn Haus KK is located within the Riverson Soho complex, right next to Gleneagles Hospital and IMAGO Shopping Mall.

• Just type "Riverson Soho KK" into Grab or Google Maps, and it will lead you directly to the drop-off point.

• Once you arrive, use the Soho Lobby entrance and refer to the self check-in arrival guide provided in your booking confirmation.

Landmarks nearby:

• 1 min walk to Gleneagles Hospital
• 5 min walk to IMAGO Mall
• 10 min drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport

By Grab / Taxi: Most convenient. The ride takes around 10–15 minutes depending on traffic and costs approximately RM10–RM15.

You will receive a full check-in guide with pictures and access codes via Airbnb message or WhatsApp one day before arrival. Please follow the steps to locate:

1. The SOHO Lobby

2. The access card box

3. The unit location and key handover instructions

If you are driving, one designated basement parking space is provided for our guests.

To enter Riverson SOHO, you will first need to pass through the parking boom gate by tapping your credit or debit card.

Once inside, please proceed to the basement mailbox area to retrieve the parking access card provided for the unit.

You will have a 15-minute grace period after entering the parking area to:

1. Park briefly and collect the parking access card from the mailbox

2. Exit the parking area using the same credit card so that no parking fee will be charged

After that, you may re-enter the parking area using the parking access card for the designated parking space.

If the grace period is exceeded before exiting, standard parking charges may apply.
